Fellworth House - Restoration and Development
Fellworth House is located in Nelson, top of the South Island. The historic Italianate style mansion house was purchased in a sad state. Its final use, prior to being purchased, was as Backpackers accommodation. The 640 m2 (7000 ft2) house was renovated from the foundations up. An incredible amount of research, thought then detailed execution was undertaken.
Fellworth's final use is as a Dentists executive residence, consulting rooms and a Boutique B & B. The house interior and exterior design reflects the original grandure.
